Ekitchenbuy specialize in selling Chinese kitchen appliances in North America. All products sold on our websites are original authentic from the brand producer, which means these items have passed strict quality tests and have a sound market recognition. Ekitchenbuy team as seller also engage ourselves to satisfactory user experience. Each machine sold by our website enjoys our warm after-sale service subject to below return & exchange policy.

A. From the day you receive goods, within 30 days,

  • 1.If the goods have quality problem or have been damaged during delivery ( except for the consumable, artificially damaged or goods have special mark), you will receive a new product that we offer, and the postage frees will be born by us. If your goods have problem with replaceable component, we will send you new component for free, instead of exchanging the whole product.
  • 2.If it is not the quality problem and if you want to return or exchange goods, you have to return goods to us within 7 days and at the same time, making sure that the goods you want to return is brand new and unused, and have fully accessories. You have to bear the postage fees (both back and forth), and you also have to bear the 20% of goods price as handling charges. Not accepted over 7 days.
  • 3.If the goods have been used and it is not the quality problem, we will not accept returning or exchanging.
  • 4.For the goods that need installing, such as exhaust hood and Karaoke machine, please read carefully the description and the size of product before ordering. We will not accept returning or exchanging if just because you can not install.

For the goods damaged during delivery

  • 1.Please call or send Email to Ekitchenbuy service center within 3 days after receiving goods. We will not accept the case if overdue.
  • 2.If you find the good damaged, please do not use the product. Please contact our service center immediately. If you have used the goods, that would mean you have confirmed that the good is fine and we have right not to accept returning or exchanging goods.
  • 3.Please provide us with damaged goods’ pictures from different angles (including package, inner packing, product, damaging details, etc), and send us to our service email ( customerservice@Ekitchenbuy.com) with text description. We will reply to you in 2 workdays.
  • 4.We will exchanging product to you depending on the damage situation. If it is only the replaceable component damaged, we will send you new component, instead of exchanging the whole product.

For the package lost during delivery

  • Scene 1: track# shows delivered but you have not received goods, please call us or send email to Ekitchenbuy service center, and contact the express company, for example, fedex (tel:8004633339), and submit your tracking NO. They will search details for you in 48 hours. If goods has not been found after 48 hours, please send the situation to customerservice@Ekitchenbuy.com to confirm lost package. We will arrange resend goods in a workday.
  • Scene 2: track# shows abnormal, like transit lost or wrong information and return to us automatically, please contact us in 2 days if you find something wrong, and we will help you to solve the problem.

B. After 7 days from the day you receive goods,

  • 1.If goods has quality problem, we will offer you warranty service if it is under warranty period.
  • 2.If it is not quality problem, we will not accept returning or exchanging.

1. After the goods that you return has been received and checked, we will refund you in 48 hours. Ekitchenbuy will not bear the lost if package lost during the process of returning goods.
2.If you enjoyed the coupon when ordering, we will refund you how much exactly you payed (not including the coupon). We reserve final explanation right.
3. If returning goods, please return us all of the gifts we offered.

Return & Exchange Process

Ekitchenbuy guarantees the offered products are reliable official products. If you are not satisfied with the goods, you will enjoy the return & exchange service if the meet the return & exchange requirements. The return & exchange process is simple. Within 30 days after receiving goods, if you want to return & exchange goods:

  • 1. Please send email to our service center for applying for return & exchange service and state the reason you return & exchange goods. Your order number and orderer information should be included.
  • 2. After we receive your application and have confirmed the condition meet the requirements, we will send back an email to you including our receive address. Please send the goods to our receive address in 10 days after you receive our email. Otherwise you will be regarded as giving up return & exchange service.
  • 1.After we receive your goods and have confirmed the goods were new and unused, we will refund you in 48 hours if you want to return goods. And if you want to exchange goods, we will send you a new product to you in 48 hours. If not the quality problem, you have to bear the postage frees and 20% of goods price as handling charges to return or exchange goods.
  • 4.We will notice you to check the refund charge or track your order after we refund you or delivery.

Warranty Conditions

Different product has different warranty policy. Please read carefully the warranty policy when ordering. The warranty period is 1 year for the products that have no special mark.

  • 1.Under warranty, you will not enjoy the free repair if the following issue happen:
    -- Can not provide the buyer certificate.
    -- Damaged because of improperly unpacking or remaking.
    -- Damaged because of improper use.
    -- Damaged because of using for non-family environment.
    -- Have a dirty or old appearance.
  • 2.Under warranty, if the machine accessories get damaged, we will offer the accessories to you.
  • 3.You will have to pay for the new accessories charge or repair fee due to the expiration of warranty.

Warranty Process

  • Please send email to our service center for applying for repair and tell us the repair reason. Your order number and orderer information should be included.
  • 2. After we receive your application and have confirmed the condition meet the requirements, we will send back an email to you including our receive address. Please send the goods to our receive address in 10 days after you receive our email. Otherwise you will be regarded as giving up repair service.
  • After we receive your machine, we will finish repairing in 1 week. You have to bear the postage free and we will bear the repair charge.

Expiration of Warranty

  • 1.Please send email to our service center for applying for repair and tell us the repair reason. Your order number and orderer information should be included.
  • 2. After we receive your repair requirement, we will send you a repair number and notice you our receive address and repair charge. Please send the machine in 10 days after you receive the repair number.
  • 3.After we receive your machine, we will finish repairing in 1 week. You have to bear both postage free and repair charge.
